Kinda cheated a little this morningran out of coffee
but it's pretty good that way, just call it a 14 hour diet instead of a 16 hour diet (the eight hours are the hours you can eat etc.) and keep going. The coffee thing is you can drink coffee during your diet, IE get up drink coffee until 10am at which time you can eat and all I can say is it works for me, don't really feel that hungry, even kind of nice to get to what you want to be doing, reading etc.right away in the monring instead of going through the breakfast ritual. A little stuck right now, but still feels like I'm "leaning" down not up, eg be rewarded for exercise.
